Here is a not so quick little recovery workout for you that you can do just about anywhere, but preferably where you can run outside for a change of pace!
5 Sets:
10 Calories - Assault Bike
500 Meters - Row
400 Meters - Run
Rest 2 Minutes - Keep Pace Consistent
