Please let me introduce you to the greatest thing since sliced bread, ok well at least since Uber... and arguably is even cooler than Uber!  Let's run through a few scenarios first if you will:
- You are a busy mother of 6 (hey, who knows) you don't have the time or energy to go to the grocery store, or even throw all of the kiddos in the minivan to get fast food.
- You have the drunk and or stoned munchies and obviously cannot drive, but you NEED Del Taco.  I mean it's practically a pre-requisite right?
- You've been sniffling and coughing for days and physically can't lift yourself off the couch to pour the can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle in the pan.
- You are getting ready for a party, half makeup-ed and hair in rollers, but you won't make it through the night if you don't get your Starbucks fix.

Oh there are sooooo many more, but ladies and gentlemen, please meet Postmates, the Uber of food delivery!! Oh.My.God.  I've only tried it twice and I'm hooked!  I'm literally writing this as I wait for another to arrive.  You can order just about any kind of food, even Starbucks and smoothies.

Check this out, you pull up your Postmates app and get a list of restaurants, like so...
Or let's say my favorite restaurant isn't listed on the suggested restaurants, no problem!  I can search for it, like my favorite Mexican restaurant Mario's (don't judge me for eating it).  I search, pick the location, and enter my 'custom order'.  From there the magic happens.  While I've never been a Postmate team member, I assume when you place the order with a restaurant that isn't in the system, your Postmate courier calls the restaurant on your behalf!
Just like Uber, Postmates can 'accept' your order and shows you a car map just like Uber.  Once you have your order accepted, you are able to track the drive through the process.  It tells you how long until they pick up your food, when they are at the pickup location, and how long until they arrive at your location.  How cool is that!  Delivery fees also depend on demand, but if you are in a lazy mood, do you REALLY care?

The very polite Postmate courier arrives at your door, hands you your food and wishes you a good day/evening.  And surprise surprise, the payment, tip and rating are all handled through the app. So easy!

Maybe you are feeling even lazier and need some school supplies or shampoo delivered... YEP, that's right, you can use the Postdates General Store for that.  Or hey, maybe you are throwing a rager and everyone is too drunk (don't worry, I'm sure they are taking an Uber home!) and you ran out of beer, or ping pong balls, Postmates to the rescue!  They can pick up dry-cleaning, prescriptions and more!
