Workout Wednesday - CrossFit Angie

Here is another little CrossFit gem for ya.  One of 'the girls' workouts.


By no means is this one of my favorite workouts, but it is effective.  You'll be sore if you do this one the 'right' way.  If you need a little scaling action to make it more realistic, just break it into sections....


The Workout
'Angie'
As Fast As Possible
100 Pull Ups
100 Situps
100 Pushups
100 Squats


What to do?
If you want to do it how it is supposed to, you will not move on to the next movement (say situps from pullups) until you have completed all of the 100 reps.  As I mentioned before, if you experience fatigued muscles or just want to scale down the intensity, continue doing it as fast as possible, but break it into sections of 10 of each movement...


AKA
10 Rounds, As Fast As Possible:
10 Pull Ups
10 Situps
10 Pushups
10 Squats


The squats sound like a rest after all the arm action... trust me, you'll be breathing hard during these! : )
