I have been integrating olympic and power lifting into my workout schedule for a little over three years, and I have to say it has made a huge difference. Even just the little things like lifting objects in my personal life have improved. I feel so much more capable than before just knowing I have the strength to do such tasks. Not to mention getting to feel a little like a badass! :)

Seriously though... I never thought I'd be capable of lifting 140 pounds over my head, deadlifting more than 225 and so on!!
